ReplyDeletewe used to have a bookstore in town (I haunted it when I walked past it after school), but it's been gone for several years - but there's a nice independent in the next town that enjoy browsing thru
ReplyDeleteI used to haunt the Borders. Since they closed, I haven't gone to a brick and mortar store. I miss it. Now I'm strictly Amazon. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteSadly, we don't have anymore independent bookstores like this - they've all gone out of business. I tend to frequent a Half Price store most often now.
ReplyDeleteWe have 2 used book stores here and I frequent them both. Today I bought 6 books from one of them. Always a fun place to go to.
ReplyDeleteI would love to visit this bookstore. Love the owl babies. There is an independent bookstore in La Jolla called Warwicks. I like to go to it for author events.
ReplyDeleteI used to work at a used bookstore before they closed. Now my favorite is Anderson Bookstore in Naperville IL.
