As the reporter noted, many of the sailors were unprepared, untrained, or ill equipped, yet they fought back. They survived and inspired generations after them. Your son will do the same. You have to believe that our sons and daughters are made of great courage, whether they are entering the armed forces or chosing to serve and protect in other ways or...by becoming parents themselves.
